These Terms of Service govern your use of consequence modeling visualization services provided by 2748684 Alberta Ltd., operating as Tank Go Boom, located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
By engaging Tank Go Boom for any service, you agree to these terms in full.
Tank Go Boom provides computational visualization services based on client-provided parameters. All outputs are visual representations of physics-based calculations and are not engineering certifications, regulatory compliance documents, or professional engineering assessments.
All outputs require validation by a qualified professional before use in any safety decision, risk assessment, engineering analysis, or regulatory submission.
Tank Go Boom visualizations are decision-support tools. They do not replace professional engineering judgment, quantitative risk assessment by a licensed practitioner, or regulatory-compliant safety studies.
Tank Go Boom accepts no liability for decisions made using simulation output. Specifically:
Clients engaging Tank Go Boom are responsible for:
Client ownership: Clients retain full ownership of their facility photographs, specifications, and input data. We do not claim any rights to client-provided materials.
Tank Go Boom ownership: Tank Go Boom retains full ownership of its simulation methodology, computation engine, visualization techniques, and all underlying intellectual property used to produce deliverables. No license to our methodology is granted through service engagement.
Deliverable license: Upon payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use their specific deliverables (visualization video and summary sheet) for internal business purposes. Clients may share deliverables within their organization and with their professional advisors. Public distribution or resale of deliverables is prohibited without written consent.
Tank Go Boom treats all client-provided facility data as confidential. We will not share facility photographs, specifications, or deliverables with any third party without written client consent.
Clients agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the computational methodology from deliverables.
Payment of the full engagement fee is required before work begins. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where Tank Go Boom is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our own failure.
Standard turnaround is two to five business days from receipt of complete inputs. Turnaround begins when all required photographs, specifications, and scenario parameters have been received and confirmed complete. Tank Go Boom will notify the client if inputs are incomplete.
All deliverables (visualization videos and summary sheets) will include the following notice:
COMPUTATIONAL VISUALIZATION — NOT AN ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT. This output is a physics-based visualization produced from client-provided parameters. All results require validation by a qualified professional before use in safety decisions. Tank Go Boom accepts no liability for decisions made using this output.
Tank Go Boom allocates twenty percent (20%) of gross revenue from each engagement toward verified industrial site reclamation in Alberta. This commitment is a voluntary business practice and does not constitute a contractual obligation to any individual client.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
Tank Go Boom may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued engagement after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
